Your chance to address council

Caucus meetings are optional meetings of the mayor and/or City Council members to discuss and gather information on issues that are or will be coming before them at City Council meetings.

Caucus meetings are open to the public, and provide an opportunity for citizens to informally speak with Council members about items that are on the Council agenda--no reservation is needed. Speakers have 3 minutes to address the caucus on a first-come, first-served basis.

These informal sessions are at 7 p.m. on the second floor of Larcom City Hall on the Sunday prior to each Monday regular session of Council. Members of the public are invited to attend.

During the COVID-19 pandemic the Caucus meetings are online using Zoom. Here is the schedule for the meetings--search on "City Council Caucus"
